REGISTRATION FORM FOR DANCE- Follow the steps below then fill out the form below

• Before Submitting the form below carefully read the release form.  Upon submitting the form below, you have read and agreed to the release form- Click Here
• If you register 48 hours or less, before your class, you should wait for a confirmation before you attend.  There is a possibility that the class is not open or is filled.  We are updating the website daily and within a 48 hour time period of classes closing
• You will then be sent to a secure site for payment. If you need to add additional siblings or classes, Return to the home page and go to DANCE MUSIC DRAMA at the top choose one and scroll to the bottom to ADD A CLASS/SIBLING.
• Music Lessons- 24.00 per class half hour.  8 week sessions- Fill out a separate form under MUSIC  REGISTRATION
• Dance and Broadway Classes-  Tots Class- 45 minutes-  $45.00 per month       One hour class:  $54.00 per class hour

STEP ONE

Choose the number of the classes you would like by clicking below.  If you begin the registration form the form will clear when you return to this page, so be sure to do this first.

STEP TWO

• Fill out the form below and press submit-  You will then be sent to a payment page.

• When you reach the payment page forward a $25.00 per Student or $40.00 Per Family payment.  Your Registration will be completed.

• If you have already forwarded a payment Click above on Add a Class or Sibling.  You may add the student, class or sibling  to any department and you will not be sent to a payment page.
